I received a couple of calls from this credit service company who offering debt help. I said that I m not interested in debt help and hung up.

Yep even blocked them, they just change number by one digit and call again!

Despite informing Vanquis that my financial affairs are being dealt with by a third party I continue to be harassed! I have come to the point of blocking any numbers I do not know. Interest on account has risen drastically and I no longer care, they can pee off. I was more than willing to come to an agreement but they are cowboys that think they can bully you into paying despite explaining circumstances have changed.

Tried to upgrade my phone, but took my account details and card number, address etc. I am quite worried now that they have too many details and will use them. No sign of upgrade through my usual EE account!

Daily calls from this unknown number for about a week but leaves no v.Mail. Suspect scam

Seems to be a legal claims helpline that tries to optimise their call statistics bacause they don t bother talking to you. Even if you call them back, they will hang up on you.

Left a message giving options regarding pip.

A missed call, I'm sure they have called before, just want to know who they are

I rang the 0800 number below and although Nena Patel doesn t work their any longer , I spoke to a very helpful man called Alex who listened carefully and checked which survey I was being called about. He then took my number off the list and said I would no longer receive calls about that survey. now that i have seen the address and the location of the address, i believe this could be an agent for a charity that provides work for the blind. they then sell the products they make and pack via calls and delivery(very good stuff!)so i think it is legit. further i dont think they engage in cold calls only to people who have dealt with them before.
