Scam call purportedly from bank advising of fraudulent credit card transactions which they are blocking. The caller wants you to input a code which they text to you. DO NOT DO SO. If you do they will, no doubt, get access to your account. I put a block on the call number via my mobile phone provider and sent an email to the bank's security dept informing them of the scam.

Ignored but just as phone began to ring I received a one-time-passcode from O2. This is a well known scam, they ask for the passcode, then use the passcode to enter your account, lock you out, order new handsets etc. and leave you with the £1,500 bill for a new iPhone. SCAM - It was "from the blockchain" wanting to unfreeze my assets.
Called about a recent accident I had, pushing me to make a claim despite no injuries. Told the guy I wasn't interested, after a couple of times he seemed to accept at the same time I hung up. Not overly pushy, just trying to do his job I guess. The main thing that annoyed me was that I asked if was appointed by either the 3rd party's or my own insurance he told me neither, he got my details from some accident database.
