I answered the phone to a confident sounding male who I knew was trying to sell something as he began with the usual "I hope I find you well this afternoon". He said our property was on their database as having old fashioned loft insulation. I immediately interrupted him to tell him he was wrong, we have modern insulation and that we don't want it up to the rafters as the loft is boarded and used for storage. Have started calling me at least twice a day for about two weeks- they do not leave a message. If they didn t keep ringing when I am at work (and can not answer) I would answer and know who they are. Not ringing back incase it s one of those expensive calls.
