Another Bank Security scam, usual thing, recorded message about 2 transactions on card (no card specified) and press 1 or 2 to deal with it. I spoke to Asian sounding chap in what sounded like Call centre, he insisted not a scam but was Visa security! These people need dealing with!!!!

All I had to do was download anydesk.com. No thanks. This is how scammers connect to your computer, take control of it and steal your money. When I hung up he called me back from a slightly different number offended that I had hung up. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THESE PEOPLE.

He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. I got a WhatsApp's message from this number, the person was pretending to be my son. The message said Hi mum this is my new number, my phone broke you can save it. I replyed but got suspicious because the reply to my message was not how my son would reply. I tried ringing the number 3 times but nobody answered. I rang my sons number and sure enough he hadn't changed his number at all. This scammer I have no doubt would have been asking me to transfer money into his account. BEWARE !!!!!
