Man with Pakistani accent (no name given) said my computer is giving me trouble. It is, as it's refusing to boot up. He also said it is a laptop, correct again. Completely unnerved, I said that Action Fraud would be delighted to hear about it and then I rang off without giving any of my details. This has got me really, really worried. Called asking if I had life insurance and wanted to discuss some changes to regulations. They wanted me to tell them is I had life insurance now or in the past...which I obviously didn t divulge, then hung up! The caller had a very strong eastern European accent and was very difficult to understand.

Exactly the same message and voice. Usual instructions to press phone buttons to approve or cancel payment etc. Number added to blocked calls list and to BT black list. These calls are dangerous.
