Called asking for my pension details saying they need to send out some new documents. Felt uncomfortable half way through call & asked them to confirm my scheme number. He couldn t & said their info appears to be wrong. He was very friendly & polite but nothing rang true. He said he will confirm his info & ring me right back. He didn t but I rang my pension company who confirmed it was nothing to do with them & they ll investigate. Fraudsters, do not tell them anything!

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. 26.9.17 I was told that I had been in an accident. I said pull the other one. Response was to ask when did I have the accident. When I asked if she couldn t hear my reply, the phone went dead. Calls like this are very annoying. This one came when I was expecting an important call and I was an invasion of my privacy.

Caller claimed to be from CAB. Asked if I was OK and hung up when I said yes I was.

Pushy telemarketing. Asked the caller repeatedly to put us on the do not call list and was repeatedly ignored for the same question multiple times.

We get 2 or sometimes 3 calls per day from this number. The call is a recorded message about "government funded boilers etc". At the end of the message it says "Press 2 to speak to one of our advisers. But when I do this it only saves the message to my voice mail. How can I get these nuisance calls stopped? Not spam or a scam. They're Custom Insurance & Mortgage Solutions. I have my life assurance cover through them. They ring me every year to see if I need anything else.
