Take note of the name of the person you spoke to and ask for everything discussed is put into an email. That s what I did. Good luck.

This caller is Lowell aka dishonest debt co. Have called me repeatedly over the past 2 weeks. Don’t owe them anything yet they still harass me daily. They will lie and threaten you to get you to admit to a debt. Hang up & block them. Look them up on YouTube. It is a definite eye opener. Above all – report them for being threatening & dishonest. Their behaviour is intimidating and nothing short of fraudulent. If you must deal with them – request they send you proof of the debt that they allege. But seriously

Rang my mobile regarding a road traffice accident I was recently involved in!!! Not had an accident since 70s.

I think the chap said he was calling from Instant Law and was calling about the "not your fault accident claim" in January of lat year. I said he had the wrong number to which he said it might be to do with a window replacement claim. He could not give me a car registration or the name of an insurance company so I told him I couldn't help him. He hung up.
