Called asking for my pension details saying they need to send out some new documents. Felt uncomfortable half way through call & asked them to confirm my scheme number. He couldn t & said their info appears to be wrong. He was very friendly & polite but nothing rang true. He said he will confirm his info & ring me right back. He didn t but I rang my pension company who confirmed it was nothing to do with them & they ll investigate. Fraudsters, do not tell them anything!

Indian female claiming I have had an error on my internet during gaming. Claimed to be from BT who I m not with. Then asked me what I use the computer for to which I pointed out must be gaming as she had said. Asked me to find Ctrl key and asked me which key I could see next to it. 26.9.17 I was told that I had been in an accident. I said pull the other one. Response was to ask when did I have the accident. When I asked if she couldn t hear my reply, the phone went dead. Calls like this are very annoying. This one came when I was expecting an important call and I was an invasion of my privacy.

Keep ringing if you answer they keep you on phone no matter what you say , if you ask them not to phone back they still do just had my 20th phone call told them I was reporting them for harassing phone calls !!!! Rang me back with silent call and cut phone off report them !

Started taking Direct Debit from my account, after I told them I didn t need continuing insurance on an appliance I don t own anymore. Call blocker activated as they called 2/3 times a day, wanting to know why I had cancelled the DD. Very Annoying!!

A woman called and asked to speak to my partner by his name when I said no as he was not in I asked who was calling she then said if I was not going to let her speak to him then she was not going to tell me who she was and then called me a Snotty Bxxxh and hung up

I spoke to someone at Homebase yesterday and they said that I would be asked to take part in a customer service survey, so I assume this is what this call was about. You can opt out by pressing 9, or just ignore the call and block the number as I did.
