SCAM Someone passing themselves off as Business Energy Direct. It certainly isn’t them, they are based in Rotherham which is an 01709 number and none of their staff are Asian so don’t have Asian accents.

The caller said she was from O2 and We were due for a free gift of Wireless Headphones as a security what was my place of birth. I found out that the fraudsters had chaned my password by going on the O2 website and requesting a 6 digit number and asking me to give it to them.. I don't thimk I have suffered losses . I obviously reset my password. The caller was an Indian female, this is not unusual as, Indian Call Centres are experts in fraud I have been involved in investigating Indian call centre.

I have never had a catalogue. And it can t be from tv license because I live with my mum and she pays all the tv license bill . i get called from number 01204329378 on a daily basis i get called from other numbers too, i dont know who they are because with these calls i usually check first on the internet to see what others have said when they have answered them and if they say its to do with selling, harrasment or scams i dont bother to answer it the next time they call more than once a day very annoying

He said I m sorry for the mistake - but am I aware of the cost of funerals.
