This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. A Company calling itself Home Response rang and offered home appliance cover which I foolishly took out. They said they would send documents and gave this number to call in the event of a breakdown.
