The blighters rang me again with their wretched recorded message telling me it was not too late to claim. I was under pressure, about to send an urgent email. I want to see these people prosecuted. If I thought I was entitled to a p.p.i. refund I would claim it myself, not pay some parasitic firm to do it for me and get half the money. These people are dangerous. I did tell him this but nothing else, in the end he gave up and said sorry for wasting your time as I repeated what I had said at the start and said I ve never had a loan or anything
