I've had 2 calls from this number roast despite them being told to remove my number from their database. pension review company totally unwarranted call!

Had this number call a few times, yes it's part of Halifax but it's one of many of their areas - it could be birmingham midshires mortgage. It's not a scam. The reason you can't call the number back is it's a number set up not to accept incoming calls - many banks/mortgage companies etc have them now adays.
