SCAM. Probably from the same source as 1656737322, a call to my landline. The well spoken, but recorded voice, told me that two suspicious transactions had been noted on my account (no introduction as to who she represented) and that I should take one of two actions. Either press "1" to cancel them or "2" to speak to a service advisor. I left the call open for ten minutes but there was no further communication from the caller. Why Bridgend exchange? I have no idea.

Caller definitely had a "British" accent (though I know there isn't just one - he was definitely a native English speaker though) but really didn't annunciate when he was speaking so I struggled to understand him. He backtracked several times when I called him out on what he was saying. Was rude, dismissive and persistent despite me keeping saying I was not interested in talking with him about my life insurance - all in all a pretty horrible experience

Calling to cancel, they will refuse to and try to scam you out of giving them more money. Luckily I was wise enough to not give them a penny. This call came into me whilst I was in the shower. The female operator started talking immediately, I had to really raise my voice to interrupt her call whereby I explained that I could not he at her as I did not have my hearing aids in, but was in the process of trying to put them in. My expectation was that she would hold on whilst I did that. Instead with no hearable comment the phone went dead. I felt she was extremely rude, I’m disabled, had got out of the shower to answer her call & Im deaf.
It's halifax online banking absolutely top service I was talking to them last night and was walked step by step right through the full app and was able to initiate extra online and security triggers and enable spend and activity alerts direct to me along with unusual or unnecessary activity raisingvan alert to the fraud desk and me. You can trust the number i did a secure check but also so helpful even did my MBNA card as they are linked
Lady with a very broad Asian accent from a busy call centre - lots of similar accents. Yet this is a Liverpool number ! She claimed to be from Currys PC World offering me a phone upgrade keeping the same phone number. No thanks. Probably a scam anyway !
