just recieved a call, not sure who the person was, I need to know, I called the number back and they could not tell me who had called me, like a name, department etc

This is a marketing call - I missed so dialled back and a voice announcement said "Hello this is a marketing call all our agents are busy at the moment" so was unable ...

Called this number back and got a pre-recorded message saying I'm todays lucky winner of £1000 or an iPad at which point I hung up and blocked the number!

Cold called by "Holly Baldwin" which appears to be recorded message about an accident. Clearly a scam call.
