Called "as if" from a Goverment organisation saying national concern over fibreglass having been used as loft insulation, and could I confirm we had that kind of insulation. I asked her to confirm which company she was from and she hung up!
This ‘woman’ tried to catfish me on a lesbian dating app. Her original pics were obviously of a model. When I asked for a face shot that night I got a different pic of a different woman! Then a nude pic ???????? She gushed about fancying me, wanting to meet up and eventually moving in with me. This was after a few hours and a few texts. I asked her to take a pic of her holding a piece of paper with my name on it. Never heard from her again. Steer well clear!!!

PRESS 1 to cancel transfer " - This is the SCAM. - Most will panic and do as informed. - This will take them further into the SCAM. - I ended the call. - I called back and a (bot) stated "LEAVE VOICE MAIL" - I left and explicative #@!!@### and put the phone down. If the 'owener' wants to take me to court - FINE... lets go.

"HMRC" Seems a scam, I doubt they would call from a mobile number.

Fraud The claimed to be from my home appliance cover. They tried to get my bank details (even though we are on direct debit so the real provider would already have it). When challenged they called back several times getting more condescending each time. We then phoned our actual cover provider and they confirmed it was a scam call. DANGEROUS.

SCAMScam. 'Christopher' from an 'accident claims line' regarding an accident on (correct date) that was 'not your fault'. This is around the 10th call in a month using same script from different numbers (all now blocked). Other numbers had reports describing similar calls, supposedly to settle claim for percentage of settlement. No mention of my insurance carrier. Such lazy scammers - they use the same numbers each time. Basically if you receive a call from a Bolton code eg 01204 and you don;t live in Bolton or know someone who lives in Bolton, just ignore and block. It will just be these lazy evil scammers. Sometimes they claim to be TalkTalk, another time they claim to be 'National Debt Resolution'. They are totally useless - they are even rude the moment you answer, and can't even manage to sound even briefly plausible or professional. Evil fools - the worst.
