SCAM This number looks as if it was local to me, but it was not. Strongly accented lady said she was from Virgin Media about the "poor performance of the internet connection". I told her I knew it was a hoax call and hung up.

They keep texting me offering a job that doesn’t exist even though I asked them to stop.

Scam call, called saying they were from amazon and that someone made a purchase with my account of £600 from Nigeria.

Highly suspicious.

Claims to be from a loft survey company "Acting on behalf of a local government grant" but when I asked which grant or even which property they were calling about became immediately offensive. scammer after your bank details pretending to be a phone company. When confronted about being a scam they laughed and said "are you mad sir I like it when we make you mad" then they just go off on a rant of expletives.

Saying that was from Virgin Media, asking to access my computer because my landline was corrupted. It was the 4th call today, different numbers but same story and each time they hang up when I told them I am recording the conversations. I had this type of phone call before and I checked with virgin media and they said is fraud, do not give any information because they do not contact customers with such matter.

This number called me and did not leave a message when I didn't answer. Unknown number, international call, not expecting any calls from the UK. Likely a scammer. Number is currently being monitored by this site as it is making numerous calls and caution is advised.

Had 3 calls recently with the same recording from different numbers. They say they are from my bank, but don't say which one, big red flag. They say l have 2 unusual transactions, including from Amazon. No activity on accounts, obvious scam.

Put another person on the phone when she got flustered, male then started asking me my security question, what model of phone I had, mt network provider was etc. SCAM - avoid!! A man with a very strong accent (difficult to understand) spoke about iPhones. I asked where he got my number from and he said 'from your provider, Vodaphone'. I'm not with Vodaphone so I told him that's untrue and he must be lying. He then proceeded to call me a liar - twice! Bizarre phone call. Potentially trying to gain personal data. Blocked.

SCAM. I got a very convincing text from this number but it is 100% a scam. The text said ‘ We attempted to deliver your EVRI parcel TZXXDA0732617072 today but no one was home. To avoid your parcel being returned visit: https://evri-parcelsecure.com’. The text was sent at 4am though so there was no way it was legit/they had tried to deliver that day. The link looks legit too but asks you to pay a redelivery fee.
