So pleased I found this site as I have had nearly 6 weeks of totally random calls from these parasites. Generally they hang straight up but really disgusting language used this afternoon. I phoned my provider and they have blocked the call their end and shown me how to do so on my phone which was surprisingly easy. Definitely worth calling your provider if you re as fed up as I am.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER give ANY information or respond to a caller of this type in any way however plausible they may seem.

Recorded message supposedly from Amazon Prime saying it’s about to expire (it’s not). Asks you to press 1 to speak to an assistant to renew. SCAM.

What sounded like an automated message in Chinese. Call then ended. No idea who it was or what it was for.

Like others on here, I frequently post things for sale on Gumtree. Today, after posting an item, I received a text from this number, asking me to contact them by email. Phone pretending to be from E-on wanting to know who our new supplier was, but as E-on already know that he was clearly a scammer just fishing for information. A very aggressive foreign man who thought if he repeatedly demand information we would give it to him.
