Automated robot call about internet being cut off allegedly BT Openreach

Scammer ....called at 6pm said he had three simple questions to ask ?? then wanted to confirm house number and postcode so i just gave him the runaround till he hung up !!!!

I was called by a lady from Meme Makeovers from this number. A lady offered my a photoshoot for a competition I had won from a wedding exhibition where I had left my details. She subsequently was incredibly rude and pretty much accused me of lying when I told her that her sales rep had not told me about a deposit of £35 and when I told her to call me the next day so I could think about it before committing, became pretty aggressive - complete disaster!! The company is called Rapid legal - it was an unsolicited claims call.

Also received letter saying won £825K had already blocked this number from my phone, grammatical errors in letter, no company registration on bottom of letter. Obvious scam

calling in relation to "an old PPI claim" - even had my first name!

A Google search gives two possibilities, inkshop dot co dot UK and appliance direct-UK dot com.

I have been called by this number about six times but they have not left a word and I would like to know how they got my number our are to affaid to say any think.

This call was almost certainly made by criminals. It was received on the mobile I only use for emergencies. I do not give its number out. It did not get answered. It would be dangerous to call it back.
