Phone twice already this morning. don't recognise the number, so didn't answer, now going to block them after reading the below
When answering a woman said we understand you have just been involved in a car accident ,which was a load of rubbish I have not had any accident
Says they're carphone warehouse and are you looking for an upgrade, but very clearly just a scam callcentre.

Called asking if I had life insurance and wanted to discuss some changes to regulations. They wanted me to tell them is I had life insurance now or in the past...which I obviously didn t divulge, then hung up! The caller had a very strong eastern European accent and was very difficult to understand.
Recorded message telling me my Amazon subscription had gone out of date and they had taken £90 from my account. First time I knew that Amazon had offices so close to my home. Nearest one is Preston

SCAM Pretending to be Carphone Warehouse. Started off with a VERY unprofessional greeting without introducing themselves, or anything. I had to ask who was calling. Very noisy from then on and couldn't understand anything else, so hung up. Absolutely NOT Carphone Warehouse.
