Claimed to be from the Credit Investigation Department and, when I told her that I had no outstanding debt, she hung up. I play them at their own game.....their on commotion so every second wasted hurts them, so I play along giving them false details then after about ten mins I start to ask sexually explicate questions about them, their girl/boy friends and there mums......they don t know how to react when you ask if they prefer to wax or shave the bikini line......then I tell them I have to go as their mums out of the shower and ready to go at it hard again .....they actually put YOU on the block list if you waist THEIR time

You can use Truecaller to block calls. You will get notification that the number tried to call but when blocked it doesn t actually ring so you are not disturbed. You can pay by setting up direct debit and then cancel so not automatically taken following year. Don t take renewal quote...go on to AA site and get quote. Will be lower than renewal. Some organisations ie NHS get discount. Be smart. Play them at their own game.
