I have been called twice by this number on my mobile, and no answer message has been left. I have just called it back on my work land line (using 141), and received a message saying I was called today by their "Events Team", who will call me back! Fraud - Called left voicemail, robot voice asking for call back about a court order. Called asked who I was speaking with said HMRC. What's your call regarding, they said your tax filing, I said I don't file taxes, then he said what you don't work, not at all? I said no, I don't file taxes. Then I said what department of HMRC are you calling from, he said the tax department (I'm an accountant, there are many many tax departments). I said I didn't believe him, response from him was 'Bitch don't be rude'

I was called from 0121 554 8370 who claimed to be from virgin media stating that my internet had been highjacked from outside the property. When asking the caller questions she was not able to provide adequate information so I ended the call as I became suspicious as the questions they would have knowledge of by looking at our account details. If this was a genuine call from virgin media, I suggest they have the details of the account in front of them before they make the call.
