However when I started the process I immediately suspected it was scam and called them out for being scammer. SCAM Call centre. Numerous calls to say he (Foreign accent called “Oliver”) works for government to claim back fees overcharged. Demanded £130 for a Pay Sure (credit) card for me to pay tax man his cut! Refused to do it. Now saying charging for my cancellation!! SCAM I got an automated female voice stating it was bank security. £300 was to pay Amazon and £1100 was by bank transfer. I got the exact same phonecall yesterday from another number. I was to press 1 to speak to someone if I hadn't made these transactions. I have been told by my bank that if anything like this was to happen the bank would notify me with the bank's name and a the name of whoever I was talking to as soon as I answered the phone. They would never phone with an automated message.

At 8.20am I answered my land line thinking it must be important and was a local number. It was a automated message saying ‘thank you for your payment of £299 for anti virus, if any problems please call our free phone number’ The number I’m afraid I didn’t get and it didn’t say any company either. I’m sure this is a scam of some sort that they catch you when you call to complain so very much aimed at the trusting, naive or elderly.
