Was called this morning about 10am was a recorded message, saying we need your authority to pass payment to amazon of £500, and also about a £1000 that needs authorising, the recorded message was crackling and hard to hear all but i just hung up. then did 1471 to see who it was as they made out it was my bank wanting authorisation.

Caller said he was from ee & because my bills were always paid on time he could offer me a 30% discount. He then asked how much my last payment was. I suggested he tell me the answer to the question & he replied that he worked in promotion not billing. I then asked him to tell me my name & he said "You don't know your own name? What are you? SCAM This started out as a text asking if i was Anna. They werent sure they had the right No. I said no it wasnt. They then initiated a conversation which soon led to them asking for personal info. They gave me this No, saying it was their company No and i could join their private Whatsapp so we could exchange photos. When I started asking about what they said was their home town, they stopped replying...unsurprisingly. The No they were texting from is a deffinate scam No, so this No is likely dangerous

SPAM - Didn't answer as I never do unless I am expecting it (Doctor's or School). They left a voicemail, talking in a very different language. Didn't sound english or even Indian for that matter.

Called today saying I had charges to my bank and they said press 1 if they were allowed or 2 if unauthorised.

Endless spamming - GO AWAY!

SCAM Fraud Caller said they were from "banking credit control" and wanted my name and date of birth because he had seen fraudulent activity on my card. When I said I had 4 cards he again asked for my name and DOB so I made something up and he said he could definitely see £300 going to Amazon and £1100 as an International Money Transfer to China! I again asked him which of the 4 cards he was talking about and when he said VISA I told him I didn't have a VISA card and he put the phone down.

Out so service number, sounded like a Sky con, difficult to understand the man on the line, due to accent.
