Landline number in Birmingham. States it appears to be a Safe Number - But - I'm not sure it is - seems like maybe scammers to me? - When I answer the call they hang up! That's very annoying & frustrating. I added them to my blacklist.

Like the previous person who reported this number, I also received a text message with the same message. Firstly, I am not expecting a parcel. Second, I too am always in. Text scam. Seems like text message from Royal Mail re missed delivery. Link in text takes you to what appears to be Royal Mail website ( but is not ) and says £1.45 needed for redelivery. I did not go any further but I presume the next step would have been a request for bank or card details. I checked with Post Office and they confirm they do not send texts for failed deliveries - they still leave cards.
