I was called just now by a woman with an Indian accent saying she was from Openreach and that she believed I should be getting download speeds of over 40mbs. She asked me to do a speed test which I did and got 19mbs. I asked how I would know she was genuinely from Openreach. She handed me over to her supervisor. Had a few calls today from this number, the last one just now at almost 11.30 at night. Can t say what I would do to them given a chance. That s not just a nuisance (non) call, how dare they ring so late at night? Something really needs to be done. We are on the telephone preference list, and that seems to no longer make any difference. These disgusting excuses for humans should be prosecuted and locked up forever.
