Normally they call me from different Aberdeen Numbers, so now they're trying to catch me out by phoning me from Dumfries. This is a genuine number from santander fraud team. I was suspicious of the number so I rang it and explained I felt it was a scam and the advisor told me to ring the number on the back of my card which I did. And the fraud team confirmed that the text message was genuine and was from santander.
