Called my home phone asking to speak with a business, told them no business here. Kept calling so I entertained the call until they asked for my bank details. When I said i was with metro bank, they said never heard of it. That was the second red flag, the first was him saying they hadnt heard of E-on Energy - as calling from OPUS.
