I googled hp printer support and got through printerassistant.co.uk. The representative said I would have to pay £2.00 for a printer driver and than they took control over my computer. They charged 100's of pounds from my account. Nasty, Scammers. BE ALERT!

Had a Scouse accent and said they were calling from First Call Ltd carrying out a survey on an accident that I had more than 2 years ago.
