Have been trying this number for two days and there is no response whatsoever. It seems impossible to speak to a person at Hermes...I’ve done the live chat, the question response on their website but nothing. My parcel arrived at the depot and hasn’t been heard of since.

I would urge anyone receiving calls from this number to report their experience to Action Fraud and Ofcom. This number belongs to a company called Allclaim Solutions, but they might call themselves ACS. They target the elderly and vulnerable and their main objective is to obtain bank details for anything from insurance for washing machines to rebates for Council Tax. It s a complete scam. I don't know who was calling me

Asked if I was Mr H. replied he passed away a year ago. then asked if I was a family member, told no. Then said they had a report from the Road Traffic Management Department that some one at that post code had had a minor traffic accident. When told they were mistaken said goodbye and hung up. Spoke quietly with Asian accent

had this number calling me for weeks on end! the fact that i ignore all their calls surely would have sent a firm message; obviously not.

Said that they were a tech firm, going to help me get rid of junk files, told me to press this key and that key, let them go on for a bit then told tham that my other half works...

You can easily stop these calls; Laithwaites, but on phoning back just an answer phone message which says your wine club tried to call you and to stop the calls, press 1 and leave the number and it will be removed from the list.

This number called once in afternoon and once in evening approx 7.15 I answered the evening one and it was a loud screeching noise like a fax machine
