Rang this morning and warned me that one of our computers was generating spam emails in my name. Mike Reed gave me a 32 digit number which he claimed was a Microsoft licence number for all our computers on our network. As I know that each computer has its own licences number I told him I would check this my self and call him back. He gave me this number which I am now checking. Called me twice and as soon as I picked up they hung up both times

Always press 9 to remove from caller list but keeps phoning. When I connected I asked 11 times to be removed from their database they just kept asking why I didn t want the money I m owed. Asked to speak to supervisor told he was a supervisor, this needs reporting to ofcom.

Someone called me from this number and asked me if I was "my own name". I stupidly confirmed it and then confirmed my email address. They started telling me about an iPad that I had won. <> <> <> Then followed a lot of swearing on my part before they hung up. Next time, if someone asks who I am, I ll ask who they are before hanging up.
