Suggest you keep them hanging on the line as long as possible but don't download anything or give them your details. Just string them along and frustrate them. I was called from this number allegedly 'Virgin media' did not trust the caller so dialed it back to find out it was a residential number whose number had been scammed. On calling Virgin and my bank fortunately they never got anything. Just hang up and block number.
