I rejected first time round but they called again and I accepted a call just for fun. As expected, they're calling about their "promotion". I said "no thanks" and hanged up. Flagged number as spam on my phone.

Claimed to be from my bank and asked for clearance for a payment I had supposedly made for nearly £1000.

Definite scam. I looked up Starpro - Aberdeen. They call off different numbers all based in Aberdeen and there's loads of people stating that they were scam artists trying to claim to be a phone company and asking for details.

This is a 100% scam by people that are stealing FCA Registered IDs from the FCA and then using those to pose as genuine FCA registered professionals to get you to open a Crypto Wallet - they will say there is a problem setting up the Crypto wallet and will need access to your laptop to resolve - DO NOT TALK TO THEM !

The callers from this number are scammers. They called claiming to be 3 Mobile and wanted me to upgrade to a new contract when I only just renewed my contract with the real 3 Mobile a couple of months back and my existing contract is locked for another 10 months. When I asked the idiot to email me the offer to review, they asked me for my email address and if they were really 3 Mobile they would already have it in their records. This is part of a scam to make you call the number don’t as you will be charged.

SCAM Impersonates family member by text, telling you that their phone has been destroyed and that they need you to pay an urgent bill. Total scam. Very convincing if your a trusting person.

SCAM, I rcvd a call from a guy who claimed he was from BT and that we had a problem with our line etc. Sadly for him we have nothing to do with BT and when I confronted him & had a go at him and asked him never to call our number again he called me a ba.....rd. I decided to just hang up and blocked his number.
