Or, a letter reccomending to call them to resolve an issue. DO NOT TRUST. They will try collecting personal information.

Call center SPAM Said his name was Alex, however he had a very strong Indian accent. He said that he was phoning from British Gas!? It was about boiler cover, house hold cover for both gas and electric. Asked a couple of questions. He said that he was calling from London, when I asked him what the weather was like in India, and it would be set up today! Recorded (Phishing?) message reportedly from HMRC suggesting prosecution was in progress and asking you to press a number to speak with someone.

They claimed to be lowell but when I got transferred to another colleague they both sounded like the same person so it is likely that Lowells number is being cloned by scammers which gives then legitimacy as when people search the number they will find it belongs to the lowell Because I have been in an iva that includes lowell for over a year lowell would know that and not contact me also the amount the caller said I owned was a lot less than I actually do which is a way that they can gain peoples details b

There was a voice message saying it was something to do with a bank (didn’t listen properly as I thought it was a scam call) decided to dial the number as it is my area code and found it was a number connected to the hospital. Think it’s a scam call.

Scam Number... When answered, you hear the "hiccup" meaning you were on an Autodialer and because you've answered, the "hiccup" sound is where the computer is connecting a scam agent. Personally, any call I hear that sound, I hang up, search the number and 9 out of 10 times (9/10) end up Barring the Number. Hope this helps.

Woman said " This is your Bank security, we have had 2 charges made to your card, One for £300 and one for £1,100 to companies you have not used before. Press 1 if you did not authorise these ! Offering loan ,insisting a lot ,depositing money in your account and after asking to transfer money in a personal bank account to can release the loan.Barclays told me coz I never didn’t had that loan in my account £3150 and they never called me ,so is a scam.Do not give the personal details.

SCAM Claims to be from EE Customer Care. Does not ask if they’re speaking to an account holder or go through security. Clearly reading from a script, trying to encourage you to take one of their “deals”. Won’t take “not interested” as an answer. Think it may be spoofing as the lack of introductions, strong accent and background noises suggest call centre abroad. Block and ignore

Called, said they were from our bank. Said there were two withdrawals of substantial amounts that seemed out of character for us. Then said they needed to go through security questions. I hung up, called the bank and it's another scam.
