It looks like they know your number and full name. the caller said they are "consumer information bureau" and wants to do survey.

I have been contacted by a Company called UK Loan Ltd, the foriegn gentleman called Richard explained all the loan details and even gave me a reference number and the number to call them back. He asked for a UKASH voucher for ?100, (this voucher is as he told me was to show that we are able to repay the loan and I would get it back with the money into my account) which I did and gave them the voucher number. Probably a scammer used a spoofed but valid UK number.
