asking me personal questions about an accident over a year ago. purported to be instructed by my insurers. asking personal questions. i firmly asked twice who they were and why they were calling. caller clearly panicked at this and hung up.

Do not trust them, ask them to take your name off the list as I did. Price comparison websites for car insurance had to have passed on me and my partners number as he got the same call straight after me

Fake number so definitely a scam. These calls originate from outside of the UK.

Not enough digits to be a valid UK number, and London numbers don t start with a 9 after the city code of 020.

Automated message left saying I have been involved in illegal activities and I must contact them immediately on 01615213355.

My record will show that I have been alert through two telephone contacts from my sheltered housing flat in ensuring that my bills are timeously paid with appropriate assurances. I, no-one I know, and no-one in their right mind would answer an unknown number. After searching through hospital numbers for fear it might be a dear friend trying to get in touch I found tonight the 10 or more calls came from my energy supplier with whom prior arrangements were amicably in place. Tried to call on 2 numbers the other being 07428071386.. I was at work tried to call back and states number not recognised.. Might answer next time and have some fun with them!
