I rang the 0800 number below and although Nena Patel doesn t work their any longer , I spoke to a very helpful man called Alex who listened carefully and checked which survey I was being called about. I used to work for Stellar (temporary after redundancy). It was an awful job that paid minimum wage with no bonus. One thing I can say about them is they are genuine partners of BT which you can see at bt.com/partners. The agents that call you have all received training of a higher standard than BT agents as they wish to protect their contracts and we actually did genuinely want our customers to get a better deal. Yes we can check who you are currently with, but it takes time so it s easier just to ask. Sor
