This number(and 42832/4283990)are used by a call centre, apparently at Opos Ltd. I gather that they are a debt collection agency acting on behalf of NPower. Opos have been phoning me up to 5 times a day, claiming that I owed NPower a balance on a Pay-as-You-Go meter. NPower's bill was based on their crazy 'ESTIMATED' meter readings, NOT actual readings. This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range just with last digits different. A common thing - telemarketing mostly uses a range of similar numbers. This one is mostly reported with PPI, insurance marketing, RTA - accident chasers, sometimes called themselves "First Call Group" - just another big call centre. I asked who they were and she said they were the manufacturer trying to contact me about a recall; I told them to write to me and she said they had but I hadn't replied. Then asked for my email so they could send me a Customer Satisfaction Survey about the call. I didn't believe them as I keep getting these calls fishing for information so I don't answer anything personal.
