They wanted me to run some sort of Exe file. I called Virgin and they are not aware of this and said my router appears to be ok. Treat with extreme caution!

SCAM person calls you by your first name, states that he is from your on line trading account- i do not have a trading account so i think this is a scam or fraud.
Called me twice while I was on another call. When I called back just three minutes after he last called me he wanted to know who I was. He said I'd called him earlier in the day when he was in a meeting, even though I had made no outgoing calls at all that day. When I pointed this out he hung up. I believe he said he was "Henry Lane", and I have now blocked the number.
