SCAM Message popped up on my laptop stating that it was in danger of being hacked and had been temporarily blocked. The error message suggested I called a helpline (number stated 020) said to be Microsoft Security. I rang, lady answered (Indian/pakistan accent) lots of noise in the background, she wanted me to depress the windows and the letter R key on my laptop. was evasive when I asked what would happen. Stopped the call, turned laptop on & off, messages disappeared. Call rec'd from 01158881064

This is a cold caller first thing in the morning, asking what i had in my loft. Denied being a cold caller or nuisance caller. Saying i would benefit from this call. Which i understand to be against the law to do un the UK. I demanded to know where she got my details from. She said it was from the.. P.. Somethinf data base company.. So probabky paid for it.... Scammer with automated message stating it was my bank.. Claimed a transfer of £600 had been blocked to western union and asking me to dial 1 to connect to an operator. I hung up as I don't even have £600 and checked with my online banking for any alerts. Nothing there.
