When asked for details was referred to her supervisoor Aran, who got increasingly short with me, then wanted to take control of my computer to show me. Apparently my connection will be cut in 1 hour. A guy called claiming to be from the Carphone Warehouse. Mentioned something about an iPhone. I told him I didn't use an iphone, but had a Samsung. He wanted to know what model. I told him I had a Samsung 10 that I was perfectly happy with, and I was under a contract, so not in need of another phone at this time.
