I am in dispute with Scottish Power over the final bill, which includes charges for the 3 month period after I moved out (despite me notifying them on the date of the move). The caller didn t identify the company they were calling on behalf of and when it became obvious I wasn t going to fall for his sales spiel he abruptly hung up the phone.

The woman told me she was from a Talk Talk department and was calling about my router. After making her repeat the same thing several times I told her I had had the same or similar calls about 150 times, knew she was nothing but a criminal and.....by that time she had rung off! As usual, the number she had used for the call was as fictitious as her story. The crooks use different invented numbers each time.

This number has now called 5 times since 23 March. I have found the name of the company ringing. All I will say it is an accident claims company.
