SCAM proporting to be from amazon prime with a refund. Had my partner on the phone this morning for an hour and had access to his phone screen after convincing him to download apps! Called back this evening and I had words with him. Called me a mutherfucker when I suggested he was a scam artist. Called him back on another phone. No answer but was called back a couple of minutes later and the same male south Asian voice denied any knowledge of the call.

These people have been calling us weekly for last 3 months asking for my partner by name about an accident claim . There has been no accident. A few weeks ago I told them I had looked them up on the internet and there are multiple reports of them harassing people for sales and to remove my number, the calls stopped for about 3 weeks but now they have started again! My son with special needs got a barrage of calls from this number spoofing police calls that he got involved in a car accident on the M5, another call saying that they are bailiffs saying that they owe them £1,600. Incident reported to the police already. Stay away from this number. They hide using this number so you won’t see their phone number.

Apparently this is the Energy Advice Team and I thought this company were just cold calling me. I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram.
