This is another scam - it seems to have switched from a London number to a Manchester number. They are informing people about a 'possible refund from HMRC', in an Asian accent from a call centre environment.

This is a really great computer training company; they come to your house, and help you with anything you need help learning how to use, and also how to find out how to use something yourself. Really great and I will use them again, Adam is the best trainer, he has a computer Sciences degree so he knew his stuff, he had such a good way of describing it to me, and once I got it, everything started falling into place. 10/10 and highly recommended. Told me they were from BT Cyber Security but we are not with BT. Rang Back on 004930268864 and said he had just phoned. I said not with BT but he said he knew but put down the phone. The number rang twice but no message left on answerphone.
