SCAM, Fraud Sends SMS messages claiming to be from Evri, leading to a fake Evri site. Presumably a phishing scam.

A man called saying he was calling on behalf of O2, saying under O2 I was eligible for a reduced business contract. When I challenged him that he was not calling from O2 he then said he was calling from a company called YourMobile.com which 'works with an O2 platinum business partner' (Plan.com). I said he should know my contract with O2 if he was phoning on behalf of any area of O2 and then he hung up. This is a scam

SCAM Fraud Banking Firstly, a test message was received on a mobile saying it was the Fraud department of a Credit Card company and they would be calling about “recent activity from your card. Expect a call from our Fraud team. Please wait for our call”. That was followed 2mins later by a phone call to the same mobile number saying it was from 02071934897 (London). Not a number associated with a Credit Card company! The male caller asked for the additional card holder by name but hadn’t called that person

Yet another scam call from someone with my details. I asked how she'd got the details and she said "from a database". I asked which database and she said "her job was only to offer an extension to my washing machine guarantee". As I have no such thing anyway, it was easy to know it was a scam. Unfortunately these despicable people keep going because there are still those not wise to their tricks :-(

Also, I just tried phoning the number back and it doesn't even exist - so somehow the scammer is making out that they are phoning from a local number to look more legit.

Called me by my first name like they know me, then said they were from Home Energy Solar company and I had not taken up offer, could they go through some details, and first was I the homeowner, said not the person you want, and in process of disconnecting I can hear her asking again and again.Blocked and reported

SCAMMERS, asked if they are speaking to (my full name), I said yes and they said they have received a notification to investigate my account. I asked what the reason was for that and they said "well you have outstanding debt that you pay each month, is that right?" I said no, I don't have any debt and they hang up. I've never had a loan, not even an overdraft. So yeah, not a legit number/business.

This mobile number called to tell me to action 2 payments which I know nothing about, so aborted the call.

SCAM pretending to be First Direct Fraud department, which it’s not. As soon as I said I would call FD back myself they hung up very fast. The number is similar to the First Direct number but is NOT legitimate. Do not give any details of any kind to them.

02083010564 called me this morning saying they were from HMRC and something irregular has come up on my tax form. To press 1 as this could hinder my passport and something else. Ended the call see if I get anymore on my mobile. This is a scam

SCAM The person calls and reminds you of a meeting you are supposed to join and that he is sending a link for the meeting, which you can access using a code. As you speak, he sends a code which he asks you to read out to him. He seems to be calling members of various WhatsApp groups. He has a West Africa accent

Number 02071124802 phoned me and said they was from start up loans. www.startuploans.co.uk and wanted me to transfer them £58 for the loan to be secured under the insurance. They provided me with a person called Jamin bank details which straight away is strange for a company. I was told it was the managers details as money transferred to the company always bounces back. SPAM. Claiming to be from Department of Health and Social Care UK. Has no details about person they are calling. Claim to be undertaking a survey but asking questions about private health insurance and how much I pay per month and who insurance is with. This is not a UK government department calling. Rings from different numbers all over the country - put through a router to make it appear as if they are from different cities. Could be dangerous for someone who believes this to be a genuine government call
