I asked her to repeat her name, which she did. I then asked her for her surname, but she hurriedly hung up. Clearly a fraudulent company, wanting to prey on gullible people.

Unsolicited call, caller didn t respond when phone was answered. Presumably the authorities must know to where this phone number is registered and should remove it from the network. My guess it is a scam where they want you to ring back and surprise surprise you get stung with a premium rate call for your trouble.
