Again after 13 seconds a click then automated caller says, "Goodbye" obviously a number collector

Calls every day, sometimes several times a day and usually in the afternoons about a ficticious accident a family member was supposed to have had in 2013.

Recorded message that I was involved in a fraud case and hed to press '1' to be connected to the officer in the case!! As a retired Police Officer I found it amusing but my elderly F-I-Law would fall for this sort of nonsense.They need prosecuting not me at nearly 76!!!!!!

I have had approx 3 calls from EE and I am almost certain I will not be renewing with them when my contracts expires later in the year. Each call has had a similar style: Poor communication skills; talked at me, did not listen or answer my questions. PPI automated call. Will probably be followed fairly soon after with a call from a private number with some snotty nosed git who knows more about you than you d like. Don t engage them. If you do have a PPI claim print the form from the FSA website and send it yourself. Thats all these guys do anyway and they take 20% (or more) of whatever settlement you get.....
