Says they were BT but due to a heavy Indian accent I couldn't understand what he was saying. Have had people claiming to be BT contacting me before claiming there was an issue with my computer, why BT would contact me about my computer which has nothing to do with them caused alarm bells to ring. Not sure if this was one of these calls but be wary if answer, don't let them have control of your computer for whatever reason they give.

If I hung up and ignored the call I may end up with a fine or court proceedings.no reference as to what the call was related to? Very strange and no reason why I would even recieve such a call. I chose my existing provider from a comparison website and don't need any "advice" to renew with them. Obviously, if you keep change providers any pre-existing medical conditions won't be covered. Hi Everyone. I wasn't sure whether this message was spam or not, so I rang up Causeway Hospital switchboard and discovered that it was 100% genuine. They put me through to the Validation Team and they had all my details and these were correct. The appointment had been made 2 years ago, so that's why I wasn't sure about it (basically, due to this long covid-related delay, I'd forgotten all about seeing my GP back then and being referred on).
