Caller identified herself as Julie Smith from Signet Advice (as far as I could tell with some background noise). Said she d been informed I was recently injured in a car accident that wasn t my fault. I asked her how she knew that. She replied that she was sorry to bother me and would remove my phone number from their database and hung up on me without pausing for breath. Pond scum. (My number is registered with TPS and I can t stand talking to idiots so I ve reported them)

SCAM I received a text claiming to be from Vodafone saying my bill was unpaid and to avoid fees I should update my details using the link in the text. I have reported to Vodafone
The caller indicated that I had had a road accident, which was not the case.
Answered this call and asked where he got my nuber from, he hung up. Tried dialling it and got a recorded message from bt the number has not been recognised
SCAM Asked was I ....but said the wrong name and wrong landline number. Said he was from the call blocking dept. When I asked which provider? He rang off. If your going to try and scam someone, at least get the number your calling correct...dozy tw_t.

I had a call from this number where a somewhat threatening female voice informed me that criminal charges were about to be brought against me. I'm a 74 year old female who, while maybe not quite fitting the description of an angel, has not committed any crimes, heinous or otherwise. Were I the type who was easily intimidated I might have pressed 1 to see further details but luckily I'm not so I didn't. I'd love to punch this so and so right in the kisser but that WOULD be criminal - but deserved!!

Didn't like it when i said i'll just delete my amazon account so no reason to ever call me again. people like this make me sick, trying to scam others out of their hard earned money. Nuisance caller. I will prosecute this person for cold calls. Sometimes there is no answer when I lift the receiver; sometimes a female voice says "hello" and hangs up. They may have set the number so that when people dial "1471" the nuisance caller is still on the line and instead of the BT response to 1471 my phone is rigged to dial the caller s number. I am contacting the police with a view to prosecuting the caller for being a pest.
