SCAM Told my Visa card was being charged £300 by Amazon and £1100 being taken by Western Union. I don't have a Visa card. This is a scam.

+44 7486 464689 This number is a scammer - they send a text saying … “ hey mum I smashed my phone and I'm using a friends phone to msg you their phone is about to die, can you whatsapp me on 07789175547” The top number is based in Russia - the other number in the UK. Do not reply, block both numbers as they are a Russian scammer . I tried calling both numbers from a withheld number and they are both off. DO NOT ADD THEM ON WHATSAPP! DO NOT REPLY TO THEM!

SPAM. I have been getting 2 calls a day on my mobile for several months. every call uses a different number. Until recently these numbers were from a lady speaking Chinese, who then switched to English prompting a message that indicted. This lady, says each she represents a selection of companies, including parcel services, internet companies etc... SCAM Mobile phone spam / scam / fraud. Scammers pretend to call from Currys Mobile department. They will sign you up on a completely different deal than agreed initially with the most expensive phone available. They use several phone numbers some of them on Whatsapp. Also will e-mail an order confirmation from an address that seems genuine. It's not. After receiving the parcel they will try to convince you to send the phone back to some shady residential address. Avoid!

Phone scam from Pakistan claiming to be Three Mobile. When I said how poor Three were and that I would never consider moving to them they became abusive. 'Chris' told me he was from a Claims Company based in Truro and he was calling about a previous ppi claim that I had been underpaid for. He was quite convincing giving me the company reg no & address so I could confirm he was legit! He knew my address/DOB and the details of my previous claim. The Claims Company only has 2 employees, neither based in London! Definitely a scam beware as he was very convincing and never asked for bank details! Caller with an Asian accent said he was from o2 and I had been selected to have a 50% discount on my tariff. I have has these calls before and seemed to be an obvious scam, so I briefly went along… The caller said I would receive an email from o2 but first I would have to pass security and he would send me 2 links with questions. Told him he was a scammer and hung up. Reported call & number to the ICO
