I received call for Housing Disrepair claim. They are very professional and expert in this matter. My case resolved in quick time with a good compensation. Highly recommended
Pretending to be from Virgin Media Cyber security department, informing me that there is someone in California using my IP address for illegal purposes, but he would help me sort it out. Refused to tell me the name on the account or the account number because it was a recorded call, having told me it was a secure line and that he would "prove" to me that he was from Virgin if I gave him the information he asked for.

The website to click for re-delivery was incorrect to the one used by Royal mail and had RoyalMail.Re-delivery.com and not Royalmail.re-schedule.com. Tried ringing it and it stated it was a Giff Gaff mobile, however, 07510 numbers belong to O2.

I just got a call claiming (falsely) to be from this number, claiming (again falsely) that it was BT Openreach (or something). A voice said he was James from Relief Energy who said; "I've been trying to call you for a few days now, actually."
